Attach here is the new notice for revised format of the list of EIA Study Team Members. Kindly be inform that starting 1st March, all EIA Study Team Leaders are required to use the revised format of the list of EIA Study Team Members as per attachment.
For kindly reminder all EIA Team Leaders are responsible to ensure that all study team members have valid registration with DOE because the expiry date will be included in the new format of the list except for Assistant Consultant.
